How to Earn Points:
  1. Joining the Club
    • Reward: 500 points
    • Value: €5 discount when redeeming.
  2. Shopping at Brands
    • Reward: 10 points for every €1 spent.
  3. Providing your Birthday Date
    • Reward: Surprise exclusive perk
  4. Follow us on Social Networks
    • Instagram: 100 puntos
    • TikTok: 100 puntos
    • Facebook: 100 puntos
How to Redeem Points:
  • 500 points: €5 discount code
  • 1,000 points: €10 discount code
  • 2,000 points: €20 discount code
  • 3,000 points: €35 discount code
  • 5,000 points: €75 discount code
Example of Accumulation and Redemption of Points:
  • Club registration: 500 points (equivalent to €5 discount).
  • €100 purchase: 1,000 points (equivalent to €10 discount).
  • Follow on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook: 300 points (100 points for each social network).
  • Accumulated Total: 1,800 points.
With 1,800 points, you can redeem for:
  • A €10 code (1,000 points) and you would still have 800 points left.
  • Or, continue accumulating until you reach 2,000 points for a €20 code.
Returns and Points Readjustment Policy

Returns and Point Adjustment
  1. Accumulation of Points: Points are accumulated in your account when making purchases, joining the club, following us on social networks, and other activities specified in our rewards policy.
  2. Returns: If you decide to return an order, the points earned for that purchase will be subtracted from your points account.
  3. Negative Balance: In the event that the return of an order causes the balance of your points account to be negative, we reserve the right to request a refund of the equivalent in money from negative points. The value of the points will be calculated according to the current points exchange table.
  4. Improper Use of Points: If improper use of points is detected before the order is returned (for example, if they have already been redeemed for discounts before the return), we reserve the right to deduct the monetary equivalent of those points from the refund corresponding to the return.
Example:
  • If you have earned 1,000 points for a purchase of €100 and decide to return that order, the 1,000 points will be deducted from your account.
  • If you have already used those points to obtain a discount before the refund, the value of the points (€10) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If it has already been refunded, you can make a bank transfer, PayPal or Bizum with the amount of the discount.
Terms and Conditions of Use of Discount Codes
  1. Use of Discount Codes:
    • Discount codes obtained through our rewards system are valid for a single purchase and must be redeemed at checkout.
  2. Code Incompatibility:
    • Important: Discount codes are not cumulative or compatible with other discount codes. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
  3. Applicability:
    • Discount codes apply only to eligible products and may be subject to additional restrictions as specified in each promotion or campaign.
  4. Usage Validation:
    • We reserve the right to validate all transactions and void discount codes in the event of fraudulent or inappropriate use.
Modification or Cancellation of the Program:
  • We reserve the right to modify, cancel or eliminate our points program at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any modification, cancellation or deletion of the program, accumulated and unused points may be subject to additional conditions as determined by us.
