Delivery information
Our courier service makes deliveries between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for when received. When your package is delivered, check the packaging for damage. If the products appear damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
If it is not available at the time of delivery, your order will be sent to a nearby collection point. You will have a limited time to pick it up; Otherwise, it will be returned to our warehouses, with return costs deducted.

What shipping services do we offer and how much do they cost?
Spain and Portugal
Spain Peninsula and Portugal, with a shipping time of 2 to 3 business days, is free for orders of €80.00 or more.
If the order is less than €80, the charge is based on the weight of the order.
Spain Peninsula, up to 5 kgs, € 3.99
Spain Peninsula of more than 5kg. €4.79
Portugal Peninsula up to 5kg, € 4.49
Portugal Peninsula over 5kg, €5.25
*Shipping not available to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Azores or Madeira.
*Shipping to the Balearic Islands from €7.49, depending on weight.
Europe
Available in the following countries:
Shipments to Sardinia and Sicily in Italy cost €29.99
To Europe, for orders that do not exceed €180, there will be a shipping cost calculated by its weight.
Orders up to 3 kilos, and less than 180 euros.
Orders between 3 and 5 kilos, and less than 180 euros.
Orders of more than 5 kilos, and less than 180 euros.
2. Preparation time and Cancellations
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel it.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Shipping cost will be shown at checkout before final payment.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided on our website or on the courier company's website.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.
