You can check the status of your order in two ways:

A. From the shipping confirmation email

You have received 2 emails. One from Brands Democracy indicating that your order is on the way with the tracking link. And an email from our logistics company Kaizen Express titled: BRANDS DEMOCRACY SHIPPING.

Click on the tracking and location number you find in the shipping confirmation email.

B. You can also access the following link and add your tracking number to see the status.

First, make sure the email has not landed in the spam or junk folder of your email account. If you cannot find the order confirmation email there or suspect you made a mistake in your email address when ordering, please contact us via the chat on the page or send an email to hello@brandsdemocracy.com with the order number to get help!

We try to fulfill every single order we receive, but in rare cases we may not be able to. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and always provide the reason for the cancellation. We also activate the refund simultaneously with the shipping of the update by email.

If you want to contact an agent by phone and speak with them, call us at the number shown in customer service.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Contact our chat if available, or send an email with the order number to info@brandsdemocracy.com.

Change an order

If you have the wrong size or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible so we can change the order. As long as it has not been shipped. Remember that we usually prepare the products during the day to deliver as quickly as possible.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice details.
You can also access your account and download the invoice in the "My Orders" section.

If you cannot find the invoice, please send us an email at hello@brandsdemocracy.com so we can manage it.

For our mutual security, every credit/debit card and PayPal payment at Brands Democracy is processed through an automatic payment verification system that matches the order data you entered with the data on the credit card.

If the system cannot verify this information, the order will be canceled within 24 hours after confirmation of the notification.

If your order was canceled for this reason, it probably means that your billing and shipping information do not match (typos, spelling errors, or possibly entering data from another card). Please check this information carefully before placing a new order or try using a different card or payment method.

Since the verification process is automatic, our customer service cannot tell you the exact reason for such a cancellation.

If you return an item purchased online, we promise to refund the amount paid as quickly as possible. The refund will be made within a period of up to 14 days from the day we receive the returned items in our warehouse and have verified that they comply with our return policies.

The refund includes the cost of the returned items and in the case of a full return (if you return all items of the same purchase),

If you return only part of the items belonging to the same purchase, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
