1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
The company BRANDS DEMOCRACY S.L. with address at Camino de las Ceudas, 2, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid and identification number ES B-83169276 organizes for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of international scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the conditions to participate section.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on December 18 and end on December 25, 2022.
Notwithstanding this, the requirements for participation must be maintained over time.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Those who are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Only those participants who follow @brandsdemocracy's Instagram indefinitely will be able to participate
- The profiles of the participants must be truthful.
- Mention two friends who may be interested in our giveaway.
The mentions cannot be of Brands, Public Persons or Stores.
- Participants may register as many times as comments they publish in this promotion, always with different mentions.
- Share the post in stories mentioning @brandsdemocracy, it is optional
- Like the published giveaway post.
- The winner will be chosen on December 25th and will be published in stories.
-The winner will have the obligation to contact us to provide us with their information.
- The winner will have 3 business days to contact us. Otherwise another winner will be chosen.
The mechanics of this promotion consists of following @brandsdemocracy indefinitely and mentioning a friend through a comment to participate in the RAFFLE whose prize is a pair of SNEAKERS of your choice among the models specified in the giveaway post published on Instagram.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
A winner will be chosen randomly. The winner will receive as a prize a pair of shoes to choose from among the models specified in the raffle post.
Participants can be from all over Europe.
The prize will be sent to the winner, once he/she communicates his data to us and it will be done through the company GLS, within the delivery period specified on our page.
5.- LIMITATIONS
If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the participation requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights over prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The following people may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed in any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Brands Democracy S.L. (ii) Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of Brands Democracy (iii) Any other natural person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization of this Contest or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency , suppliers, etc.). The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money. Brands Democrqacy SL reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior legal communication, to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion. Any tax or tax charge that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Brands Democracy SL in these Legal Bases, will be borne by the winner. A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of awarding the prize, to make any reasoned claim. Brands Democracy S.L. reserves, in case of compulsory necessity, the right to substitute the prize for another with similar characteristics.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will they allow comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.

The Promotion will begin on June 27 and will end on July 3, 2021. Notwithstanding, the requirements for participation must be maintained over time.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Those people who are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Only those participants who follow indefinitely the Instagram of @brandsdemocracy
- The profiles of the participants must be truthful.
- A friend should be mentioned as many times as you want as long as they are different. OPTIONAL: If they share the post in stories mentioning @brandsdemocracy , they will have extra participation.
- Participants may register as many times as comments are published in this promotion.
The mechanics of this promotion consists of indefinitely following the @brandsdemocracy and mention by commenting a friend to participate in the raffle whose prize is a voucher valued at 100 euros.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
A winner will be chosen at random. The winner will receive a voucher of 100 euros as a prize to use on the website www.brandsdemocracy.com .
5.- LIMITATIONS
If it is evidenced that any of the participants does not meet the requirements of the participation requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant regarding the prize obtained from this Promotion, and does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Arizona Vintage and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.
8.- INSTAGRAM
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram, so the Participants release Instagram from all responsibility for any damages that may arise from it.
9.- CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
