Coming from farms located in the south of Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), it is subjected to an innovative tanning process that does not involve chromium, heavy metals or dangerous acids. Simplifying the tanning process limits the use of chemicals and energy, reduces water use by approximately 40% and salt use by 80%. After tanning, the water is recyclable.
